Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Foreman

to oversee and coordinate bridge maintenance and construction activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in civil works related to infrastructure and bridge projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage site teams to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for bridge maintenance and construction works. Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Assign work to site teams, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance when required. Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower. Prepare daily progress reports and update project engineers on site activities. Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Resolve site-related issues and escalate complex matters to the project management team.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in civil works, preferably in

bridge maintenance or construction projects

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects within deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Must hold a

valid UAE Driving License

. Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
