to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our civil engineering project sites. The ideal candidate will supervise crews, manage site operations, and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
Plan daily tasks and allocate manpower and equipment efficiently.
Ensure all construction work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
Monitor site progress and keep accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment use.
Report daily progress, delays, or incidents to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
Ensure tools and materials are used efficiently and properly maintained.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical diploma or degree in civil engineering/construction management is a plus.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in civil construction, with at least
2 years in a supervisory/foreman role

In-depth understanding of civil works (Highrise building, Villas and Warehouse)
