What You'll Do
?
Watch over daily work (like digging, building roads, or setting up structures) to make sure it's done right.
Tell workers what to do and help them fix problems (e.g., if equipment breaks or steps are missed).
Check that work follows safety rules and project plans (blueprints, drawings).
Talk to engineers, supervisors, or clients to update them on progress.
Keep tools and materials organized so the job stays on track.

What We're Looking For

Experience:?
? At least 2 years as a Civil Foreman or similar role (construction site supervision).

Can read simple blueprints/drawings.
Know basic construction tools (excavators, bulldozers, etc.).
Good at talking to workers and solving problems quickly.

? Speak and read basic English (to follow instructions and talk to the team).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
