Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Foreman
with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities
, ensuring that all civil works are carried outefficiently, safely
, and in strict accordance withproject specifications, timelines, and quality standards
.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers on-site. Ensure construction activities comply with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans. Allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment effectively. Monitor daily progress and prepare reports for the site engineer or project manager. Maintain a safe and clean job site by enforcing safety regulations and housekeeping standards. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to project requirements. Resolve any on-site issues or delays in coordination with engineers and management. Attend site meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of work performed, labor, and material usage.
