to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in building construction projects (not oil & gas), with strong leadership skills and hands-on site supervision capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of site workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
Allocate resources, materials, and manpower efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
Monitor the progress of work and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control on all construction activities.
Report daily site updates, challenges, and progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and address any safety violations on site.
Assist in resolving site issues and liaising with project stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE (non-oil & gas projects).
Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
Good communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Must be available in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
