Job Description
We are the prominent company specializing in Aluminium, Cladding, Steel Structure, Glass, and Civil Work in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and work crews to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman (minimum 2 years in UAE).
- Proficiency in construction management and project coordination.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Visa provided, with the employee bearing half the cost.
- Accommodation and transportation provided.
- Food expenses covered by the employee.
- UAE Civil Foreman: 2 years (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
