Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer cum site Engineer for our Kuwait Office. Working Location will be Kuwait. The Role: Review tender documents, scope of work and specifications. Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product. Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies. Preparation of \xe2\x80\x9cRequests For Quotations\xe2\x80\x9d for equipment and materials and sending to selected suppliers. Evaluation of vendors\xe2\x80\x99 technical and commercial proposals, and providing recommendations. Preparation of cost sheets and BOQ\xe2\x80\x99s. Preparation of technical proposal for tender submission. Requirements Shall have at least 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the estimation field. Experience in the field of construction is . Shall be conversant with MS Excel. Shall be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records. Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Estimation: 4 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
