Conduct site investigations and analyze data to assess project feasibility. Develop project specifications and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams. Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and documentation. Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant engineering software. Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects. Previous experience in the Middle East is a plus.
