Job Description
We are seeking a
talented and experienced AutoCAD Designer
to join our Interior Fit-Out team.The ideal candidate must have
strong design skills
,excellent technical knowledge
, and a clear understanding ofDubai authority standards
.The ideal candidate must have
3 years of experience
in Interior Decoration sector holding a degree inCivil Engineering
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Architectural and MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and other design software (SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.). Develop detailed shop drawings from concept drawings for construction and production use. Coordinate with the Design Head, Project Managers and Authority Engineers to incorporate technical changes. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Conduct site measurements and calculate material quantities accurately. Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations and standards. Handle authority submissions and inspection approvals independently.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience as a civil engineering draftsman. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.. Available to join immediately. Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai.
