Civil Engineer (Experience in Infrastructure Work)

RTA Approved Civil Saftey Engineeer (Infrastructure Work) DEWA Co-ordination for LV and HV jobs, Substations and Electrical Equipment shifting jobs, Cable shifting and Dead cable removing Jobs DEWA Related jobs site visits(LV&HV Jobs) Planning and coordination for day to day site activities Monitor the site progress DPR and manpower utilization & take sign from Team Leader (TL). Managing of manpower and machinery utilization Preparation, Coordination, Follows up & Completion of As built drawing like LV&HV jobs, Trail trench jobs, cable removal jobs with our Engineers, if needed. Preparing Billing Target for Next Month. Project Development / Material list submission Project development list/site organization/Scope Statement / terms of subcontract, Checking Material Submittals Submitted by Suppliers. Develop and update project control and procurement control chart for maintaining the project. Weekly certification of work done from client representative (Raising RFI's if required) Timely completion of job activities as per schedule planned by planning dept. for every month to achieve the set targets. Timely preparation and submission of monthly progress invoices (of certified quantities) to client / contractor. Obtaining payment certificates on time for the progress invoice submitted against each project / Job. Documentation and proper filing of all project related documents (Invoices / Payment certificates / Variation work approvals / contract documents etc) as per ISO standards. Timely co-ordination with procurement/follow up of material required at site to avoid unnecessary delays and fines. Presence at site (not site office) matching with starting time, site activity and site rounds. Co-ordinate with Site Team , Stores, Vehicle Dept, Accounts Dept for supplier payment and PDC cheque copy for preparation works. Material Auditing & Manpower Auditing Giving Weekly brief of status of Project to Management. To prepare & submission of RFA
