- Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with timelines, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and monitor daily activities
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and contractor invoices
- Track project budgets and expenditures, and report on cost variances
- Prepare progress reports and ensure timely documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at all sites.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and project control
- Relevant experience in construction supervision, project coordination, or facilities management.
