- Responsible for municipality approval process for all types of building projects, including residential, commercial, and storage structures.
- Prepare and submit applications for municipality approvals and building permits for various types of buildings.
- Liaise with local municipal authorities, planning departments, and other regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely submission of all required documents and monitor the progress of approval processes, ensuring deadlines are met and addressing any concerns or delays.
