Al Ain Coop is looking to hire an ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated Personnel to fill the vacancy of Civil Engineer.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
\xef\xbf\xbd Perform hands-on role of Projects Architect and coordinate a team of other architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers.
\xef\xbf\xbd Able to develop exceptional concept designs, schematic design, and detailed designs for projects including warehouse designing and building.
\xef\xbf\xbd Candidate must have very thorough knowledge of all structural/MEP/HVAC/FF systems and warehouse constructions, building and designing.
\xef\xbf\xbd Understand the impact of compensation for services performed and accordingly monitor project schedules, man-hour costing and budgets to ensure profitable completion.
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure timely delivery of design drawings that are professionally executed within established budgets.
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure that all design drawings for Architecture, Interior design, Services and structural are produced and completed with high levels of technical competency and complete coordination.
\xef\xbf\xbd Review and be accountable for design and relevant drawings/documentation.
Technical Responsibilities:
\xef\xbf\xbd Proficiency in Auto Cad/Revit/ArchiCad/BIM. Other basic MS office software required for communication, planning/scheduling, and presentation.
\xef\xbf\xbd Good understanding of the green regulations for all type of projects and to coordinate with third party external consultants to obtain approvals for our projects.
\xef\xbf\xbd Absolute understanding of all phrases of a project.
\xef\xbf\xbd Designing and coordination with detailed knowledge of all MEP services and structural elements in the design development.
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring quality completion of all design stages.
Others:
\xef\xbf\xbd Arabic Language is a MUST.
