Civil Engineer
Job Description
Design and oversee residential construction projects, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, and housing developments.
Conduct site assessments, soil testing, and feasibility studies for housing projects.
Develop detailed engineering plans and blueprints using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor construction activities to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Identify and resolve construction challenges, ensuring structural integrity and sustainability.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
