We are seeking a motivated and passionate

UAE National Civil Engineer

to join our Marine Division team in Dubai. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are enthusiastic about building a long-term career in

marine construction and infrastructure

You will be given the opportunity to work on exciting marine and coastal projects, receive mentoring from senior engineers, and gain hands-on experience in both on-site and office-based engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, supervision, and execution of marine construction and maintenance activities. Support site teams in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and prepare basic technical reports under the guidance of senior engineers. Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed. Participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs.

Requirements:

Must be a UAE National with valid Family Book.

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

from an accredited university. Strong interest in marine or infrastructure projects. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project-based assignments in Dubai. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
