Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil & Structural Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a

valid engineering license issued by Dubai Municipality

and a minimum of

2 years of professional experience

in civil and structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and supervise civil and structural elements of building and infrastructure projects. Perform structural analysis, prepare design drawings, and coordinate approvals. Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and reports. Support in obtaining necessary approvals from Dubai authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE or similar markets.

Valid Engineering License from Dubai Municipality

(DM - practicing license). Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, Civil 3D, and other engineering software. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and DM regulations. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:



Experience with Dubai & Sharjah-based projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure). Familiarity with submission procedures to Dubai Municipality and related authorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* Dubai Engineering License to practice as a Civil Engineer (Preferred)
