BE or B. Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years work experience.
The job location is Qusais, Dubai.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Basic Civil Engineering work experience.
Site Engineering experience is an added advantage.
Documentation work related to Civil Site work.
Client Management -
To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
Customer Relationship
- To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Retention
- Solve customers' issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
Perform other duties as and when assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
