We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Civil Engineer
with experience in managing subcontractors and handling steel structure works. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor subcontractor works related to
steel structures and civil activities
. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project progress. Overseesteel structure erection works, alignment, and quality checks
. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Monitor subcontractor manpower, equipment, and material usage. Provide technical support and resolve on-site challenges promptly. Prepare site progress reports, inspections, and documentation for management.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Strong background in
steel structure erection, fabrication, and site management
. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver within deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
