• Oversee and manage steel construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to develop comprehensive steel construction plans and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize estimation software and techniques to accurately forecast project costs, materials, and labor requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve shop drawings, structural calculations, and engineering reports related to steel constructions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of steel materials, components, and systems, recommending design modifications or enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in steel construction methodologies and technologies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in steel constructions, with a focus on structural design, fabrication, and erection.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience in project estimation and cost management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
