1. Civil And Site Engineer

Minimum 5 to 10 years Uae experience in construction Including G+8 projects and above Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent in Civil Engineering Experience in Site supervision during construction Has Through Knowledge of construction methods and problem solving on site Holding UAE driver's license and car Must be able to communicate effectively in English Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Microsoft Office expert
1.1 Civil Engineer

Being able to solve problems that occurr on site Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations Resolving design and development problems on site Have full knowledge about structure and concrete and steel and managing sub-contractors Ensuring the project complies with legal requirements especially health and safety Assuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time Resolving design and development problems on site Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works. Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works. Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications. Anticipate standard solutions and take initiative and make suggestions, you challenge prevailing assumptions Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations Managing and monitoring the contract design documents
