Job Description

/Key Responsibilities:

To set out and organize the works by the drawings and specifications. Liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants for approvals, inspections, and handing over. Quality assurance and Quality control (QA/QC). To liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client, as necessary for site work progress. To enforce the relevant safety rules at the site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff/workmen under their responsibility To attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants etc. Conduct daily briefings with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress to anticipate any possible delays in planned tasks. Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time. To evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction, which affect the quality of works performed. Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification. To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. To provide technical support to other site team members and resolve technical issues with Clients and internal department staff. Preparation of preliminary and final drawing for the works. To take project wise quantity and prepare drawing for the same. Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Hands-on experience with construction site regulations and approvals. Proven working experience in construction sites. Valid UAE Driving license is an advantage. Expertise in reading plans and blueprints. A strong understanding of civil engineering methodologies. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Outstanding project management abilities. Computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD and Primavera
Experience:

2 years of UAE Experience (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
