Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Civil Engineer (Road Construction)
to supervise and manage highway, road, and infrastructure works. The candidate should be skilled in road design, earthworks, pavement layers, and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage road and highway construction activities. Review drawings, project specifications, and ensure correct site implementation. Monitor earthworks, sub-base, base course, asphalt, and pavement works. Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, and QA/QC teams for approvals. Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and safety standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site challenges. Verify material tests, compaction results, and asphalt quality. Manage manpower, equipment, and ensure cost-effective execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 3-7 years of proven experience in
road/highway construction projects
. Strong knowledge of pavement design, materials, and QA/QC procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.To apply,
