Job Description
We are hiring a
Civil Engineer (Building Construction)
to oversee residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in structural works, finishing, and coordination with consultants and contractors.Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise all building construction activities. Review architectural & structural drawings and ensure site execution as per design. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure adherence to schedule. Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and local authority approvals. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively. Conduct inspections for structural and finishing works. Enforce safety and housekeeping practices at site.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 3-7 years of proven experience in
building construction projects
. Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera. Good communication and problem-solving skills.To apply,
