Job Description

Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for foreman, skilled workers and Subcontractors.

After demarcation, setting out leveling and surveying the site.

Checking all approved drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations & if any discrepancy found raise the query to Consultant.

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors etc involved in the project.

Coordinating with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.

Coordinating with stores & raise material request as per the Company procedures.

Ensuring all materials are stores in a proper manner

Monitor & control material, equipment expenses & ensure optimal use of resources without wastages.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force, work of any subcontractors & ensure optimal use of manpower;

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;

.Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Preparing reports as required; (eg. Project progress reports etc)

Report to the Project Manager, if any unexpected Technical difficulties, any other problems arises.

Assisting the Project Manager to ensure the project deadlines are met and the project is completed as scheduled.

Ensuring all project documents are properly filed, maintained at the site office.

In the absence of a Project Manager / Project Engineer, assist in assembling the job site office & equipment requirements / mobilization.

Any other job related tasks assigned by your Manager time to time.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
