Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with expertise in concrete works to oversee, design, and manage concrete-related construction activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of concrete technology, mix design, reinforcement detailing, and on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect concrete work at all project stages: formwork, reinforcement, pouring, curing. Prepare concrete mix designs in coordination with materials engineers or lab technicians. Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Conduct site inspections, testing (slump test, cube test, etc.), and resolve technical issues. Monitor project schedules, budget, and progress related to concrete works. Manage workforce, equipment, and materials related to concrete tasks. Report on daily progress and coordinate with project managers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum [X] years of experience in concrete construction or structural works. Proficiency with engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, MS Project, etc.). Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, reinforcement, and formwork systems. Familiarity with IS/ACI/BS codes and industry standards. Strong communication and leadership skills.
