Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Engineer with over 15 years of post-graduate experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage building projects from design through to execution. Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants. Prepare technical reports, budgets, schedules, and documentation. Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews. Provide expert solutions to engineering challenges during construction phases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering. 15+ years of relevant post-graduate experience. Strong knowledge of software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Experience with project management tools and FIDIC contracts is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ready to join immediately.
