Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Review and approve project plans, BOQs, and technical documents. Provide technical guidance and resolve any design or construction issues on site. Ensure all work complies with UAE construction regulations and safety codes (or your country codes). Prepare daily/weekly site reports for management. Manage project timelines, resources, and materials efficiently. Assist in procurement by evaluating materials and suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or similar). Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software. Excellent site management and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE experience and driving license (preferred).
