Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid experience in building construction. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing civil works to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day civil works related to building construction. Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and ensure accurate implementation on site. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions. Ensure all civil works follow UAE regulations and company standards. Assist in preparing cost estimates, material requests, and project schedules. Support Facility Manager and other engineering teams as needed in project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or both). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Skilled in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiar with project management tools and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

UAE experience is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.
