We are seeking a skilled

Civil Engineer

with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning

- Prepare project designs, drawings, and cost estimates.

Project Management

- Oversee construction activities, budgets, and schedules.

Site Supervision

- Monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with standards.

Coordination

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain documentation and ensure legal/regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with UAE construction laws and practices is a plus.
