Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for industrial and warehouse building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project execution capability, and experience in client/consultant coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities related to industrial and warehouse construction. Attend and participate in meetings with clients and consultants to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct thorough tender analysis. Ensure all work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with site teams to manage daily construction activities, resource allocation, and quality control. Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for project progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial and warehouse building construction. Proficiency in preparing BOQ, tender evaluations, and cost estimation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and consultant interactions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively. RAK Municipality License and Barjeel License are considered strong advantages. Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
