Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil Engineer

to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering projects and

hands-on experience with RAKEZ regulations, procedures, and project requirements

. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to contribute to impactful infrastructure and development projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and approve civil design drawings, site layouts, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with

RAKEZ development guidelines

and local authority regulations. Liaise with RAKEZ officials and consultants for approvals and inspections. Oversee on-site activities to ensure timely progress, quality standards, and safety compliance. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and assist in tender documentation. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum 4 years of experience

in civil engineering, with at least

2 years handling RAKEZ-related projects

. Solid knowledge of UAE construction codes, RAKEZ procedures, and engineering standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
