Civil Engineer - QA/QC

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Engineer (QA/QC)

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures, ensuring that all construction activities meet project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with standards. Conduct inspections and testing of materials and workmanship during all stages of construction. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, checklists, and inspection reports. Coordinate with consultants and clients regarding quality-related issues and approvals. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality plans and procedures. Verify subcontractors' and suppliers' compliance with project quality requirements. Assist in preparing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions. Maintain records of calibration certificates, test results, and material approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years' UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer (building or infrastructure projects). Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and construction standards (ASTM, BS, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of QA/QC documentation systems preferred. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. Male candidates only.
