Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets. Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations. Ensure all designs and execution comply with local and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Supervise construction work to ensure quality and compliance with approved plans. Monitor project progress and address any delays or risks with corrective measures. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely project execution. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards. Verify and certify contractor bills based on measurements and project execution. Prepare periodic reports and statements in line with internal standards and reporting frameworks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project systems and processes, focusing on sustainability, cost-efficiency, and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

from a reputable institution. Minimum

10 years of relevant experience

, with at least

4 years in senior/managerial roles

. Strong background in managing civil works in large-scale projects, especially in the

power, water, and energy sectors

. Excellent understanding of

Qatar and GCC regulatory and cultural work environments

. Familiarity with

Qatar's local construction codes and safety regulations

.
