Job Description

1. Project Consultation & Feasibility Analysis

Advise clients on the viability, scope, and requirements of proposed projects. Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations. Provide expert input on planning, design, cost, and scheduling.

2. Design Review & Approval

Develop or review engineering designs, specifications, and technical drawings. Ensure designs comply with regulations, standards, and client requirements. Suggest design modifications to improve efficiency or reduce costs.

3. Technical Expertise & Problem Solving

Provide technical advice on complex engineering challenges. Evaluate structural integrity and recommend remedial measures. Resolve design and construction issues using engineering principles.

4. Project Coordination & Management

Coordinate between architects, contractors, engineers, and clients. Monitor project milestones, quality standards, and deliverables. Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals. Ensure designs and construction practices comply with legal and environmental regulations. Prepare reports, calculations, and documentation for authorities and clients.

6. Quality Assurance & Auditing

Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design and specifications. Recommend corrective actions for any deviations. Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.

7. Budgeting & Cost Control

Provide cost estimates and advice on materials and resource planning. Review contractor bids and offer recommendations. Help manage project budgets and mitigate financial risks.

8. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during planning and execution. Present progress reports, findings, and recommendations. Ensure client needs and expectations are fully met throughout the project lifecycle.
