Role Overview:
The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage civil/structural works for high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires an expert in
structural execution, high-rise methodologies, and site management
with strong leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage civil and structural works for high-rise towers (20+ floors).
Review and ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Monitor construction activities, progress, and quality to meet project schedules.
Implement safety and quality standards on site.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Lead and guide site engineers and junior staff.
Ensure cost control, resource allocation, and compliance with project budgets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus).
15+ years of experience
in construction, with a strong focus on
high-rise towers (minimum 20 floors)
.
Proven track record in delivering
large-scale residential or commercial towers
.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering, high-rise construction techniques, and local building codes.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, CEng) are an advantage.
