Laraix Developers LLC is seeking a
qualified and experienced Civil Engineer
to join our growing construction and development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience inhigh-rise residential/commercial projects
and strong knowledge ofUAE construction standards and authorities' requirements
.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities for
G+8 and above
building projects Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports Ensure adherence to UAE construction laws and engineering standardsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of UAE (Dubai) construction experience
Proven experience inG+8 or higher building projects
Active Society of Engineers (UAE) membership card - mandatory
Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and practices Ability to manage site execution independently Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred Skills:
Experience with off-plan or residential development projects Familiarity with consultant approvals and authority inspections Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
