G+1 License Holder Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in interior/fit out/joinery projects, Engineering qualification preferably At least 4 years experience in Fitout, Renovation, Construction capacity in a medium or large size company. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Fluency in spoken and written English, Hindi Pleasant working etiquettes and the ability to prioritize work. Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. UAE driving License (not mandatory) Strong interpersonal, communication, technical and site management skills. This is a hybrid work. The applicant should have the agility to work in a fast paced environment. Comm Skills is very important. High comprehension is required. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in AutoCAD. Ability to work well in a team and lead others. Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Site Engineer - Experience in Interior/Fit-Out/Joinery works Only
- Must have experienced in AutoCAD, Primavera, Ms Excel and MS Project to Prepare Planning/scheduling and Quotations of the projects .
- Coordinate and manage all site activities for interior/fit out/joinery projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.
