Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise civil works on-site to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare engineering documents, drawings, and technical reports, technical submittals , site progress report , safety compliance
Submit necessary documents to authorities, consultant , architects through both physical channels and online portals.
Handle administrative duties related to engineering projects, including file management and record-keeping.
Prepare and manage transmittal files for communication with consultants, contractors, and government departments.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any site issues.
Requirements :
Must Have G+1 DM certificate with 3 year minimum experience
Must Have SOE card
Must Bachelor's degree in 4 year Civil Engineering with all attestation from Authority
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to both site work and document control.
Familiarity with relevant submission portals and authority requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
