Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed
AutoCAD drawings
for shop drawings and project documentation.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and project alignment.
Perform
quantity take-offs
based on drawings and specifications.
Assist in
obtaining quotations
for Tendering and project procurements.
Follow up with
clients
on quoted projects, track responses, and provide necessary documentation or clarifications.
Participate in
client meetings
and assist in building long-term relationships.
Conduct
marketing activities
, including identifying potential opportunities and meeting with new clients to
secure upcoming projects
.
Maintain records of drawings, submissions, and communications in an organized manner.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Attending Client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and other relevant design/drafting software.
Solid understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Previous experience in
client coordination or marketing
is a plus.
Valid driving license is a plus.
