Civil Engineer (Finishing)

with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role will focus on the finishing phases of construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality, detail, and functionality are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the finishing phase of construction projects, including drywall, flooring, painting, tiling, carpentry, and other final touches. Ensure the quality of all finishing work meets project specifications and industry standards. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings for accurate implementation during the finishing process. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage the budget and resources allocated to the finishing phase, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to the finishing team and resolve any on-site challenges or issues. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Prepare progress reports and document the completion of various stages of finishing work. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure overall project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer with a focus on finishing work (e.g., flooring, painting, tiling, drywall, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, finishing techniques, and materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and construction software. Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
