Preparation of estimates and quotations
Supervise construction activities on site.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors.
Manage day-to-day site operations and report progress to project manager.
Ensure safety and quality control standards are met Requirements.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
