We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong expertise in facade engineering to design, manage, and deliver innovative facade solutions for high-rise, commercial, and residential projects. The role involves structural analysis, material selection, and coordination with architects and contractors to ensure aesthetic and functional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop facade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing). Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and material schedules. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless integration. Oversee fabrication and installation, ensuring quality and performance standards. Implement sustainable and energy-efficient facade solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum 3-4 years of experience in facade engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Tekla, or similar software. Strong knowledge of facade materials and structural principles.
