Civil Engineer (Dubai Municipality Approved G+40 Unlimited License) Location: Dubai, UAE We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be approved by Dubai Municipality for G+40 projects and possess an Unlimited Structural Engineering License . A strong background in high-rise building construction is essential. 1. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports and progress updates. Utilize engineering software to develop detailed blueprints, models, and structural designs. Interpret survey data, maps, and technical drawings to support project planning and execution. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and legal requirements. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee on-site construction activities and provide expert technical guidance as needed. 2. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for G+40 projects is mandatory. Must hold a valid Unlimited Structural Engineering License issued by Dubai Municipality. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Dubai, with a focus on high-rise developments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in structural design and calculations. Ability to work independently and manage assigned project scopes effectively.
