Civil Engineer

Job Description
To plan, manage and execute civil and steel structure works for projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approved drawings, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship and cost effectiveness.
Review and approve civil and steel structural designs, drawings and material submittals
Handle all Dubai Municipality and other authority approvals, permits and inspections.
Monitor quality, progress and costs; prepare reports and variations.
Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering/site problems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in civil / Structural Engineering. Dubai Municipality Engineer's License (valid). Minimum 2-6 years' UAE experience in civil and steel structure contracting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis software and MS Office/Project. Knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards. Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
