Roles & Responsibilities

Includes collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising construction activities, managing teams, and ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. A keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management skills will be essential to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction process in the UAE, with knowledge of local regulations, materials, and construction techniques. They should also possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage projects within timeline.

Requirements



Valid Dubai Municipality Engineering License is mandatory Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations. Excellent project management and team coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
