Job Description

Should have hands-on experience and know well to coordinate civil, MEP, and KNX-based smart building systems, ensuring seamless integration between structural works, building services, and intelligent control systems while meeting design intent, authority requirements, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Review, assess, and validate MEP system designs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting) for compliance and performance. Integrate KNX smart building systems into MEP designs, including lighting, HVAC automation, and shading control. Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works to prevent clashes and ensure buildability. Ensure compliance with authority regulations and project specifications; support submissions and approvals. Monitor site readiness for MEP and KNX installations; provide technical guidance during commissioning. Review and maintain as-built drawings and

O&M documentation for civil, MEP, and smart systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field.

MEP Certification (recognized diploma or course)

KNX Partner Certification (preferred) Strong expertise in MEP system design and integration with smart building systems Ability to review and coordinate civil, MEP, and KNX designs Proficient in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Familiarity with ETS software, AutoCAD; BIM/Navisworks preferred UAE/GCC project experience preferred Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills Submit

a portfolio showcasing hands-on experience

in

classical and neo-classical residential construction projects
