Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage construction projects from concept to completion
Prepare drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical reports
Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures
Monitor project progress, timelines, and costs
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3-5 years of relevant experience (site or office)
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with local authority approvals is an advantage
