is seeking a highly skilled and results-drivenCivil Engineer
to oversee our renovation and fit-out projects. We are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running and manage complex villa renovations with precision.IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY: Please do not apply if you are required to serve a notice period. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Manage full-cycle fit-out operations, focusing on villa community renovations and high-end residential projects.Site Supervision:
Oversee all civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure they meet GCC quality standards.Project Coordination:
Lead onsite teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.Compliance:
Ensure all works adhere to local building codes and safety regulations.Logistics:
Coordinate material delivery, site scheduling, and daily progress reporting.Requirements
Education:
Must hold anAttested Civil Engineering Degree
.Experience:
Minimum2 years of GCC experience
specifically inFit-out and Villa Renovations
.Licensing:
ValidUAE Driving License
is mandatory.Availability:
Must be available tojoin immediately
.Skills:
Strong communication, site management expertise, and technical proficiency in civil works.Package & Benefits
