Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, and managing site operations from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure all projects meet UAE building codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision:

Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Technical Design:

Review blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Compliance:

Ensure all site activities comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, or DDA regulations and safety standards.

Resource Management:

Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure steady progress and quality of materials.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high construction standards.

Reporting:

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including material logs and manpower tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

3-7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and structural analysis software.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Dubai's building codes and permit processes.

Certifications:

Society of Engineers (SOE) membership or Dubai Municipality (DM) approved status is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English.

Driving License:

A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
