Job Description
Manage and execute fit-out / interior projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Lead site activities, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Prepare project estimates, BOQs, cost controls, material take-offs, and progress reports.
Handle project engineering responsibilities including planning, scheduling, and execution of works as per approved drawings.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, authority approvals, and site safety standards.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in
Fit-Out / Interior Fit-Out projects
in the UAE. Minimum3+ years of experience in the UAE
as a Civil Engineer / Project Engineer. Strong experience in site execution, estimation, and project leadership. Knowledge of Dubai authority approvals and regulations is essential. ValidUAE driving license is mandatory
